Do you need a break from the day-to-day stresses?
Some time away can really uplift your soul and help to keep you balanced and well rested before you reach your breaking point.
Time away doesn’t necessarily mean a vacation, taking a break means taking some time for YOU!
Try something simple like reading a book in the sunshine. Bury yourself deep into that novel you’ve always wanted to read, and soak up some Vitamin D in the process.
Get organised! Make use of your tech savvy gadgets and add your appointments into your calendar. This may help you free up some ‘Me Time’. This will help you feel less overwhelmed once your day/week/month is prepared and planned ahead.
Take a short trip to the beach or an afternoon country drive. Some time out to just chill can do you a world of good.
Create a journal. Jot everything down that is in your head. It is a great way to help clear your thoughts and get things off your chest, even if you’re the only one who will read it. This is great to do just before bedtime so that you can get a well rested sleep without a million thoughts running through your head.
