Injury Management

Through our world class coaching and mentoring programs, and training and systems we are able to support clients to transform the operation and people of their business, to achieve optimal employee health management and injury management and the avoidance of lost productivity. We are also able to create outcomes which realise significant cost savings in workers’ compensation.

Since 1997 Sherrilyn Mills has been involved in Workers’ Compensation, Injury Management, Vocational Rehabilitation and Occupational Health and Safety. Together with her extensive research and PHD on individual, organisational and psychosocial factors, that prevent return to work and post workplace injury, Sherrilyn is known as an authority in her field providing transformational change in:

Sherrilyn has established significant experience and credibility throughout her career predominantly consulting with a variety of national companies to prevent and mitigate the effects of ill-health and injuries in sectors including government, oil and gas, mining, transport and engineering as:

  •      Disability and Employment Services in Jobnet and Job skills programs,
  •      Approved Workplace Rehabilitation Providers,
  •      Workers’ Compensation Claims Insurance in injury management,
  •      Claims management and occupational health and safety roles and more recently consulting to organisation on a broad range of services.

Together with her team at HealthForce Group, Sherrilyn aims to deliver exceptional service and create happy, healthy, harmonious workplaces where employees are engaged and productive.

Safety Management

HealthForce Groups team of safety consultants have extensive safety and health experience in a variety of industries including Commercial and Residential Construction, Engineering, Health and Manufacturing.  Our consultants are well versed with the new Work Health and Safety Legislation and can assist you understanding your obligations under the WHS Act 2020 and the WHS Regulations 2022. 

Our Safety Consultants provide services such as site inspections, 3rd party inspections, online Safety Management Systems, WorkSafe Work Plan Award assessments and ISO 45001 audits and gap analysis. All ISO audits are conducted by Exemplar Global Certified ISO 45001 Occupational, Health and Safety Lead Auditors.
