Initial Injury Response Services
Assist with creating a First Aid treatment plan that supports a worker’s recovery needs. This includes:
Communication: Telephone triage service for initial injury and injury management; includes emergency physician telephone support and priority access to medical specialists-
Treatment: Immediate First Aid and treatment including critical care paramedics and medical escort for evacuations Treatment, prognosis, and return-to-work planning
- Transportation: Pickup and transport injured and ill employees, and where required accompaniment of injured/ill employees to medical appointments
- Immediate commencement of return-to-work strategy, planning and strategy on claims for all Australian States and Territory jurisdictions by HealthForce personnel
